Cancellation Policy

If the rental is cancelled with greater than 24 hours from the start of the rental, the client is only liable for the deposit.  If cancellation is received within 24 hours of the start of the rental, the client is liable for the entire rental fee.

Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Rules of Engagement

  • No smoking or vaping allowed inside the building 

  • No food/drink allowed inside studio without prior permission 

  • No parties allowed 

  • No nudity 

  • No pets unless approved for production

  • No fake blood allowed under any circumstances 

  • No glitter or confetti can be used 

  • No open flame, frying or cooking allowed on site
